At Farmer Browns, we love our food. And we take produce very seriously. Only the finest rare breed lambs make it to our fields, sourced from the wild Hebridean island of Lewis to the lush grassland of the Clyde Valley.

Our sheep - and indeed all our produce - is home produced. Tended with care and kindness to create the best cuts and tastiest dishes that we can create. That's why we can guarantee the very best delivered to your door.

From Wild Boar to seasonal game, rare breed Highland cattle and breeds of sheep such as the black Hebridean, the Shetland and the Jacob, we prefer quality rather than quantity. That's why we can't always provide everything that's on the menu. Sometimes nature only allows us to find certain produce at specific times of the year. And we refuse to compromise by freezing or offering an inferior product.
